Policy Analysis is a review of various legislative measures and laws requested by Members of the Parliament and/or by Parliamentary Professionals. LRD assesses and analyzes the measures based on the broader perspectives drawn from available research data and scholarly studies. The analysis has a maximum of 2,500 to 3,000 words including the references and with a specific outline of:
- Executive Summary
- Introduction and Problem Statement (Why is problem important?)
- Assemble Evidence
- Construct alternative policy responses (choices for addressing the policy problem)
- List of specific criteria used in making evaluation (use to score alternatives explicitly; measurable indicators associated with the problem)
