To orient its staff on the proper way of documenting requirements for government financial operations based on COA Circular no. 2012-001 dated June 14, 2012, the PRLS sent selected staff at Pavillion Hall, Pagana Native Restaurant in Cotabato City, October 13, to attend BARMM’s “Orientation on the Documentary Requirements for Government Financial Transactions and Operations”.

Antonio S. Gepte VIII of the Commission on Audit (COA) – BARMM discussed and emphasized the revised documentary requirements needed in disbursement, cash advances, travels, and other documents required in office liquidation.  Updated guidelines for the prevention and disallowance of irregular, unnecessary, excessive, extravagant and unconscionable expenditures were also tackled in the orientation.
